The two-step problem, solved in one
The usual dance: convert HEIC to JPG on one site, then combine JPGs to PDF on another — two uploads of your documents to two strangers' servers. This page does both steps in your browser's memory: current-generation HEIC decoding (iOS 18+ photos included) feeding directly into PDF assembly. Mixed batches work too — HEIC, JPG and PNG together become one document.

Is quality kept?
Photos are embedded at high quality (92) — text in document photos stays perfectly readable while the PDF stays email-able. Need smaller? Run the photos through compress first, then PDF them.
Are my documents private?
They never leave your device — which matters, because photos of documents are exactly the files that shouldn't tour the internet.
