What helps in a bug report
The tool you used, your browser and device, and what happened. Screenshots help a lot. One thing to know: there's no point attaching a file for us to convert for you, because there are no servers here to do it with. If a specific file won't convert, tell us what made it (which phone, camera, or app) and we'll hunt down one like it.
